What is Digital Literacy?

In order for Nation Builders to thrive in today’s world, digital skills are essential. Digital Literacy is about more than being able to use a computer. It is the ability “use information and communication technologies to find, evaluate, create and communicate information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills” (American Library Association Digital Task Force, 2016).
