Administration and Operations
The Administration and Operations Team works closely with the Executive Director to provide leadership to all departments in ensuring the day to day operations at TEA are running smoothly and efficiently.
The Administration Team at TEA is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization including filing, organizing and planning, process development, and communications. The Administration team is the backbone of TEA and ensures smooth operations and flow of information internally and to our Alliance Schools.
The Human Resources team at TEA provides internal and external support in the areas of recruitment and retention, contract and policy development, performance management, attendance management and legal compliance. The Human Resource Team focuses on the management and development of activities related to our employees.
The Finance Team at TEA overseas all financial activities including budget development and management, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and corporate audits. The Finance Team keeps close watch over the bottom line to ensure TEA operates in a fiscally responsible manner.
