Treaty Education Alliance creates strong numerate Nation Builders through a focused approach based on welcoming environments, instruction and engagement. Our model is based on strengthening each individual student’s skills through assessment and the “I do, we do, you do” form of instruction.
QUILLS
Quills is a TEA locally developed early numeracy program built to ensure fundamental mathematic skills are taught. Quills is being designed to incorporate the Hummingbird strategy in all activities, as an important response to what we have heard from communities about the need for Indigenous language and culture in all areas of curricula.
